Speaking of emotions, the final lowering of the flag of the USSR in 1991 is something to behold:

Ol' boy was pissed.
"Motha frickas, get the frick off my song."

The chick who posted that is arguing that MJ had such a struggle for his career to break out just because he was black. MJ was a literal music star ever since he was a child. People are dumb

There’s a couple comments in the Twitter feed about Prince not wanting to sing on the track, and Huey Lewis ended up taking the line Prince was supposed to sing.
They did a live version (I think at the AMAs) and Prince is just standing right in the middle-front, sucking on a fricking lollipop
ETA: VIdeo of it here.

Bastards turned down John Denver, who asked to be a part of it.
John fricking Denver.
Globalist assholes.

I’d much rather be John Denver than MJ right now.

I remember reading somewhere that Stevie Wonder was greeting everyone at the door telling them that if they took too long to record this, he and Ray Charles were driving everyone home.

Anyone who has ever worked in recording studios will tell you that getting multiple singers to nail something in one take at the same time is like rolling a 7 on a craps table five times in a row.
Multitrack recording was limited to 24 track analog back then so a song with so many different parts including the instruments, tracks had to be combined.
That had to be an absolute nightmare to record and produce, as well as manage all the egos in the room.

Love the look on Steve Perry's face in the back ground.

Bob Dylan’s part was the funniest/most awkward part I’ve seen.

I don't get it... out of those 4, the only one who was ridiculous was Cyndi Lauper.
I'm reading the comments on Twitter and they're saying Michael Jackson had to "be twice as good and work three times as hard to get where they are"... "they" being white people.
And they're shitting on Huey Lewis acting like he's just some random nobody white person.
First off, people buy what they like. Huey Lewis didn't just magically become successful... he put out music that people liked and they bought it.
Secondly, Michael Jackson was a star even as a little kid.
Third, white people buy music by black musicians like crazy. This idea of having to be "twice as good and work three times as hard" is complete nonsense, at least when it comes to music.

The twitter comments are insane. Anything to be a victim and whine like a little bitch. Who gives a shite what the kiddie diddler Michael Jackson thinks. Huey Lewis is awesome and Cyndi Lauper shtick was to have that quirky voice. They think they have it so tough but they have no idea.
