Used to see Troy every couple weeks for several years when I worked in BR. Is his shop still open off of Perkins by George’s and Ivars?

Nice guy for sure…but the only option is walking out of there with a high n tight…you can arrest someone legally if you get a haircut there

I never got a high and tight there, but a lot of law enforcement were in there over the times I went. Troy is a very patriotic dude and supportive of law enforcement. Had frames of law enforcement and military patches hung on the walls. Imagine it’s grown since last I was there 11-12 years ago.

This is funny but untrue, been going there for years. He does a great job on my hair, I'm in and out of there in 15 mins usually, and it's $20 - hard to beat it.

Yes, highland location is still there. I'm pretty sure the overpass location actually closed because of an ownership dispute between the children and it just happened during covid.
