Fogle was sentenced to 15 years, eight months in prison Thursday for possession and distribution of child pornography and traveling across state lines for commercial sex with a minor.

Did he actually physically have sex any or all of the 14 victims? I'm just wondering why the settlement is the same across the board.
Not trying to be harsh, just not up to speed on if this was just pics/videos or if he actually laid hands on the children.

That being said, money and fame goes straight to some folks heads, and they think they can get away with anything.

Because he made a plea deal. In return for it the prosecutors would only ask for a certain amount of jail time. I believe the judge can do what he wants though.

The child porn is worse to me. 16 and 17 is legal in many states.
