Now this is an EV I could see myself driving. For not much more than a regular side by side, this thing has heat, AC, and a sealed cabin.

Brawley™ GTS
$49,950*
4 Electric Motors
Satin Black 20 Spoke 18" / 35" Tires
404 hp / 480 lb-ft
40 kWh / 140 Miles range

quote:
The Brawley is an electric vehicle that is powered by four motors driving each wheel, developing a total of 400 hp and 999 lbf·ft of maximum torque. The battery pack with a total capacity of 60 kWh allows drivers to travel up to 199 mi on a single charge, allowing drivers to replenish up to 80% of the battery with fast chargers with a capacity of 300 volts.

quote:
The Brawley™ will feature seating for four adults, a fully enclosed heated and air-conditioned cabin with optional sky roof. Other features or options include windshield wipers, Bluetooth Kicker sound system, heated seats, and future ViDAR system capabilities.

quote:
Despite its utilitarian characteristics, the Brawley has many comforts present in normal cars. It has a sealed cabin, air-conditioning and heating, heated seats, and Bluetooth. For the interior, it offers analog gauge clusters and toggle switches, giving it a look not present in most EVs.
The GT and GTS will start at $42,950 and $49,950, respectively. While early models will be well-equipped GT and GTS models, a less expensive base model is due to arrive later on with a starting price of $34,950.

The manufacturer has said it can charge from zero to 80% in under an hour

They should change the name to Bawly and I would consider purchasing

Heather Thomas is not getting in that shiny suppository.

I had a deposit on one two years ago when they were 28k for the top of the line.
Real pricing 20k higher is out of my budget to screw around with. Especially untested.
The original version was 28k for a 4wd ev on 35s with 20 inches of suspension travel. Without crabbing or 4wheel steering.
Looking hard at the new northstar adv...but pricing is INSANE

Priced well, but until they overcome this.... The electric F150 was somewhat exciting until road tested towing and getting 70 miles per charge.

Like a street version of an Extreme-X racer.

It's an offroad vehicle. You're not going to be driving it from Los Angeles to New York, and probably won't be towing a boat with it.

Yeah i don't think people realized this is a rock crawling and dune running monster.
Not a commuter.
Though, I already had a line to running it on the street before the two year delay and 90% price hike.

People aren't realizing this is a golf cart on steroids.
So concentrated on anti-EV they don't even see the point.

I’m waiting for them to come out but this is pretty high on my toy list. I need something quiet onto cruise are and stealth hunt pigs.

Thats badass if it holds up. But on the topic of electric, let's just fast forward to WALL-E and Idiocracy and begin the evolution into the little gray people. Hopefully I don't reincarnate into a pet rock to see it happen in 5,000 years
