That would be a nightmare to manage from a data and verification standpoint for a site that is not built to handle that kind of information.
To do it the right way would require a change to the model for one board that, if done incorrectly, could open the site up to liability it does not currently have to worry about.

It would have to be completely anonymous (both employer and applicants). Otherwise, it would be a doxxing nightmare.
