Then why would Wendy’s change the audio in the commercial? It’s been running for a few weeks with the “Reg” audio but clearly was updated to “Reggie” when I saw it today. Hell, there might actually be a third version where he says “Bush” or something but some people hear it while some don’t.
Wendy’s spent money to change it; that cannot be denied.

Because billion dollar corporations would rather spend a couple thousand dollars to change audio in a commercial than deal with dumb frick internet idiots that want to make a story out of nothing.
I hate it, wish they would just stand their ground. But little shite like this, no matter how wrong, drives the needle.
Do you really think they made a commercial calling Reggie Bush a bitch?
