What are age ranges for a cougar, puma?

These terms seem to be tossed around (and tossed off to!) a lot, so what are the age ranges for each?
Cougar 35-45?
Puma- 25-35?

Figuratively a cougar is basically any woman over 30 that preys on a guy at least 10 years younger.

My wife is 5 months older than me and since we started dating, I’ve told her she was a cougar and that I’ve always preferred older women.
I’ve never heard a woman referred to as a puma.

Never heard the puma term. Cougar has to be 10+ years older… but I used to call a girl I was hooking up with when I was 21 and she was 26 a cougar. Just a joke though
