What happened to the Bellacosa (DR Horton) hold out on Jones Creek?

This is a spin off of the developer bait and switch thread.
I noticed the Bellacossa hold out's trailer was for sale and now demolished in the last week or so. Did the owner pass? Did they or their family give in to DR Horton?
For years when I would pass by, Id give a mental salute and chuckle to this guy/family standing their ground.
Property in question:
4330 Jones Creek Rd, Baton Rouge, LA 70816
Latest street view with DR Horton in background
. Obviously abandoned for some time in this photo.

Is that front property zoned for residential development?
I know the Horton stuff behind it is almost fully developed. I thought they sold those - meaning it wasn't a rental community. Hope I'm not wrong on that.

According to EBR Assessor website

I thought I remember this owner/property being a major thorn in the side to the developer. Causing less than ideal retention pond and entrance to Bellacosa. This was back when there were challenges to the development due to floodong concerns and taking up green space.
Always reminded me of the house in Up

Looks like they didn’t need it to get the block built. Only hope now is a food truck parking lot. Jones creek can eventually be the hub of downtown St. George
