What's the average price for a live Christmas tree near you?

I have had a fake tree for the last 10 years. I no longer have the tree and don't want to get a new fake tree just yet. Haven't had a real tree in years.
Was wondering what a 6.5'- 7' decent tree goes for?

Tree lot across from Zuppardos in Metairie was ranging from $150-175 for 7-9 ft frasiers.

8 foot tree was $130 at the lot by AMC Elmwood. I think they had 7 foot ones down to about $110.
Lowe’s in Metairie was sub $100 but I never stopped by to see quality.

We’ll probably drop around $100 at the cut it yourself tree farm. It’s a family tradition though so we’ll keep at it as long as the kids are here.

Goodness. We paid $85 for an 8 footer at Home Depot.

9 foot Fraser Fir, fresh cut, is $185 in Birmingham. There is a guy that has grown his trees in North Carolina and brings them to sell off Hwy 280 by Hamburger Heaven for the past 32 years. Freshest trees I have ever had. Always in pretty good shape when I take it down after Christmas. Same tree was about $140 before Covid and Biden.

Cutting down innocent trees for huge profit one month out of the year, is reckless and smooth brain profiteers.

Christmas trees are fricking expensive as hell, for something that will sit in your house for a month spreading needles everywhere.
Home Depot usually has better prices, but you have to get there early in the season to avoid a half dead tree.
