One part alcohol and one part distilled water. If you use Windex or Invisiglass, your just moving oil around.

Also newspaper works well without streaking. And without lint from paper towels

had a job painting houses in the summers. boss had us use newspaper on windows. worked great. use black & white papers, another reason why usatoday sucks.
paper pulp gets bleached in the process to make paper towels. will cause a residue to be left on glass.
