What’s the longest you’ve seen a reasonably priced/sized home listed for sale?

Without delisting.

I think about 2 years on a house in my hometown, house was on a very busy street which deterred buyers.

Guess that means it wasn’t reasonably priced

A house that was seemingly normal but spent an inordinate amount of time on the market

18~ months for the same reason you described. The town I'm in has seen exponential growth over the last 20 years and what used to be a sleepy little highway the house is right off has turned into a very busy thoroughfare.

Five years. Never off the market. Made and adjustment after the first six months and sat there for 4 and 1/2. Market finally caught up with them.
