Pretty close. ENTJ-A

As an ENTJ (Commander), you are a natural-born leader with an unparalleled drive to turn your visions into reality. Your strategic mind excels at seeing the big picture, identifying long-term goals, and devising efficient plans to achieve them. You possess a rare combination of confidence, charisma, and decisiveness that draws others to you and inspires them to follow your lead.

Your approach to life is characterized by ambition and a relentless pursuit of success. You have an innate ability to organize people and resources, creating order out of chaos and transforming abstract ideas into concrete results. Your sharp intellect and rational decision-making skills allow you to navigate complex situations with ease, always keeping your eye on the ultimate objective.

Yeah I spend more time trying to make my work methods more efficient than I spend doing the actual work

INFJ

And while it’s a fun personality survey, it’s criminal that companies ever used it for employees in any kind of official fashion. It has validity and reliability issues.

We did this at work. And I did it again on an Easter Sunday afternoon. Got two fairly different results. Don't recall the exact types, just different.

As a consultant
I suggest clients give multiple tests. MB is one but does not predict behavior .I recommend Predictive Index which military has used for many years. I
For companies I recommend Leading from your strengths.

Some like disc but I think there are better products.

I also think Temperament understanding is valuable
