Depends on the viscosity and flow rate. Could be either 2 or 3 based on these factors and assuming the drawing is to scale and made out of common materials.

Yep, and the amount of sugar will affect the viscosity, temperature too. It also depends on which planet this is done on, in space it will be none of them.

I agree with this. But we do know it is tea and it is being poured therefore the tea isn't very thick and under low pressure. I will go with 3.
