Television commercials these days deliberately include loud, annoying noises, music, voices, et cetera as a method to draw viewers' attention to the television, the need for which has likely arisen due to viewers looking at phones/tablets during advertisement breaks.

White guys need to look like figs or losers in commercials. It makes for a better society so I’m told.
