Who's a good Ford dealer in BR regarding service issues?

Check engine light just came on and I know somewhere on here I've read horror stories bu can't recall which dealer. 13 F150 Ecoboost . Thanks
ETA: maybe some of y'all have experienced my issue and can help. Took a long road trip a couple weeks ago and when I floored it to pass someone, I got a slight shudder and my engine light flashed for a couple of minutes and then went off. Well it's pretty much half the time now when I really get on the pedal and a few moments ago it happened and now the light is not flashing but still there even after turning my truck off and restarting. Mileage is ~106k

take it to Autozone first. Have them read the code
It could be something easily fixed on your own

Yeah I think that's what I heard as well. Bought the truck in Hammond so I'm not going out there.

I'll for sure do that. I'll check some Ford specific forums also

None.. Because its a ford.

I liked Robinson Bros when I bought an Edge in 2007 but since it was a Ford I had no issues so never used the service dept.

You need it fixed or repaired daily?

That's bad that it's flashing. I got away from ford after my last truck did this

I bought a vehicle from All Star in Prairieville a couple years ago. I don't live near there but it is a complete pain in the arse to get them to service a vehicle. I have a small issue (covered under warranty) that needs to be fixed and they give me the run-around every time I call. The fix will only take 15 minutes but they want me to leave the vehicle for around 4 hours. That's even if I have an appointment. The last time I tried to make an appointment they told me it will be a few weeks out. I will not buy another vehicle from them.

Those fricksticks at Robinson Brothers won't even take an appointment. They just want you to leave the car with them sitting on their lot for a few days until they get around to it. frick you, rent a car!
Hollingsworth will absolutely set an appointment for diagnosis, but they'll be honest with you and at this point, it might be March until they can get an opening for you. Call them and find out.
You're not going to get into a Ford dealership around here anytime soon. Everyone's got a backlog of flooded vehicles they're repairing. At least Hollingsworth will work with you to set a definite time you can bring your vehicle in. Robinson Brothers will just tell you to get fricked and get in line.

Hard to fix a Ford, no matter which dealer you bring it to. Shoulda bought a Chevy...

All-Star
Is check engine light still on? If so why don't you take it to Auto Zone or Advance and get them to run the codes before paying the dealership to do it?

All ford service departments are well rehearsed with repair and service issues. Pick any of them.
In all seriousness, this ford dealership in BR has excellent reviews:

Sounds like a misfire or blown headers. You are kind of screwed. Don't drive it anymore.

Try Gateway in Ponchatoula. They are a low volume dealer. Might be able to get in and out with no problem.
