The house is being built by Mark Dillon, the owner of Environmental Specialties. Not sure where all of the misinformation is coming from.

Pretty sure it's Steve Keller, retail, multifamily developer. Moved here from Houston 10-12 years ago. Sold his house in bocage a few years ago.

I'm not going to name the homeowners out of respect for their privacy. Very nice local guy who owns an environmental company off of Pecue. The house is incredible on the inside. All the bells and whistles, even a 2 lane bowling alley over the garage. Also, awesome aquarium too. Pool and outdoor kitchen is over the top. To have that kind of money, they are really down to earth and nice as hell.

It's not. I've been in the house several times and have seen the plans. The owners name has been said in here couple times already.

Nope.
His is the house directly next door. And he moved to Atlanta anyway but still owns the house. Tommy Calandro is the 2nd house that was built recently closer to the road in front of another house. Former Olympic Powerlifter.
And one of the contractors superintendents committed suicide in front one morning sitting in his truck a year or so ago. His stepson was posting here and confirmed it.
