Why can Women make Penis jokes; but Men can't make Vagina jokes?

Nearly everyday I hear some woman talking about a man's Penis, giggling behind their backs and in front of large crowds.
However, once a man makes a joke about a woman's Vagina they get all bent out of shape.
Why the double standard?
