...and even Groom Lake isn’t?

No idea. You can see it on Apple Maps, I was there in October and there really isn’t much to see.

I know.
That’s my question.
Basically all of Diego Garcia is a military installation that the West uses to strike the ME and SE Asia for operations but why is it obscured when even our operational bases in Afghanistan are not?

What are you babbling about? I'm looking at it on Google Earth right now.

My guess is that either the US deems it of a high strategic value and active.
Or the U.K., which has very different laws than us about sharing public info requested it.

True story. When I first moved out here I was looking for a decent place to go camping and there aren’t a lot of lakes. On google maps I found Groom Lake and was like ‘Oh cool I’ll go check that place out and see if it’s a good spot.’
It was not a good spot.

I totally heard that in my head narrated by Ron Howard a la "Arrested Development".

I have looked at before just to see if that was the furthest I had been from my hometown. FWIW, there wasn't shite there back in the day.

You're on a list. It is only blocked for certain people.

It wasn't an accident that the Google Maps screwed for people going to the Denver Airport. Obvious the Illuminati was doing a test run.

Not for me. Congrats on being on the list.
