Why is there a shortage of Kentwood water? Anybody know the real answer.

Every store, from Walmart to Rouses to Walgreens, just cannot keep Kentwood water on their shelves.
Now, the period of Covid lockdown explains the start of the shortage, but it’s not like this is an international shipping issue, and it’s been over 2 years.
Is it a lack of laborers/drivers, or is there a shortage of the water? Even if it was an increase in demand, why is it taking so long for them to adjust their production upward? It shouldn’t take this long.
Anybody have the inside scoop?

Famine and water shortages are on the way unless Biden gets things figured out. But I trust Ole Joe. This isn’t his first rodeo.

The real question is why do their bottles suck?

Kentwood went to shite when they started bottling "purified" tap water.

There was a problem with production for a bit the delivery driver told me. I get it delivered and it has been timely.
Destilled isnt available outside small jugs.

At work we were out for like a week, then we starting getting water delivered again by the same driver and truck but they were "Primo" jugs. Had Primo for about 2 weeks now the ones he dropped off today are all Kentwood

Production issues suck. Could have been anything from employees to maintenance.

Strange. The exact thing happened in my office in North Louisiana. I rarely see Kentwood up here. The Jug looks old as hell. I can’t tell if it’s Kentwood or not though.

Brittany bathed in the well......

Ok as an outsider, why is anyone keeping tabs on a specific bottled water? Furthermore how are so many people knowledgeable on this subject?
Other than it being Brittany water, is there any reason this is special?

Because it was once a really good and local water company. Now, not so much.

Normally supplied 5 gallon jugs to office settings for water stations. When they run out it is apparent to all

It's a pain in the arse sometimes but my local Walmart has a Primo water dispenser and I have several containers that I bring with me when I go shopping. I refill right at the store. It's filtered through their system at the store so it's never out. It tastes as good as any bottled water I've tried and at 29 cents a gallon you can't beat the price. We make a lot of ice, coffee, tea, and drink a ton of water so for us it's worth the effort and well worth the price.
