Ms. McClanahan decided to bring this lawsuit to ensure that selective enforcement of dress code policy and other forms of discrimination are not tolerated in restaurants and other public places,” said attorney David Lanser, who filed the suit.

I’m wondering just how much she had to pull that top up to take that video. I’d bet a lot of money it didn’t look like that when she walked in.

The case will 100% center on that dress being an expression of her racial culture

She can sure try. But even if it were actually true, which it's not, restaurant staff can't know that type of information. And no standard would expect them to.

She is 100 percent fishing for a settlement, or social media clout. This case has zero legal basis.

I would tell her to frick off and laugh in her face if she was suing me.

I talked to one of the owners after this happened. They are said to have video of what she was dressed like when she entered. She pulled everything up for that pic.

People here should consider supporting stabs and dining there. It’s a total obvious shakedown and decent people shouldn’t accept this crap.

Google AI:
quote:

Many Irish surnames have "Mc" as a prefix because of the Gaelic language, which was widely spoken in Ireland until the late 18th century. The "Mc" prefix comes from "mac," which means "son of." This prefix was used to create a patronymic surname, indicating a person's lineage or family history.

The restaurant she had just let her in. Then she can order 3 apps, entree that she complains about and sends back twice, ask to get her meal comped, and leave a $1 tip. Stabs loss I guess.

I can't tell you how many appletini's I had sent back after they drank half of it.
