No....not a spider bite. Infection...I had one recently. Could be something as simple as an ingrown hair (as she is hairy). But antibiotics are needed.
Most things diagnosed as spider bites aren't spider bites. The arachnophobic hysteria that permeates many humans is mind-boggling.

That first pic looks like the start of a bullseye rash in Lymes' disease
It does look like a tick bite. I have been bit a few times and that's pretty close. They itch like hell too.

STARI instead of Lyme's Disease maybe? Go see a doctor, could be a lot of different stuff.

wouldnt be suprised if its a recluse bite as they like to hide in warm dry places....clothes.
put them on, and you get bit as they react to the stress.
yeah he needs to visit a doc.

That's an odd place to shoot up. Definitely needle marks though. Time for an intervention.

I had a similar bite right above my Achilles on my right leg. I let it go 4 days and it got real ugly. Doc just prescribed antibiotics, Bactrim I believe. It helped it heal in about a week. I have a hole in my skin though.

Spider bite or Infection don't really matter, you can tell by the bruising that some tissue damage has occurred and there is subcutaneous bleeding. Your friend needs to see a doc quickly. If it's a spider necrosis will start very soon and if it's an infections necrosis will start very soon. Either way medical attention is needed.
Not a Doc but stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night
Seriously find a doctor

Judging by the amount of hair, it's not razor burn.
