The sale took a little over one month from the time after the property was listed on the market for $1,595,000 million and was purchased by 40-year-old stand-up comedian and podcaster Theodor von Kurnatowski, known professionally as Theo Von.

That seems like an excessive amount of eaves on the exterior of that house 
Interior looks completely normal. Kinda bland on the inside.
