Either yearly or monthly.

I am familiar with them being impossible to find. Tried getting one earlier this year. Would have settled for dularge, dulac, four poin or cocodrie. Couldn't find one.

What about as far as just for a weekend?

I don't know. You could try talking to the owner of coco marina and try working a deal out with him. There just isn't a ton of options. Lower dularge has some new camps being built. Each one has two slips. You could drive down and talk to the owners about renting one from them.

Rent a room and you usually get a slip for the time you're there.

nah, looking for someone else. But with these answers it seems like we may need to develop some sort of boat house complex down there...

Please build one and let me know so I can get one.

Might have better luck finding a dry storage boat stall than a slip. Not to mention I wouldn't want to leave my boat in the water for any length of time. Before Cocomarina kicked out the houseboats i had my boat in a shed down there for $1500/yr. Not sure if they still have them or not it has been a while since i drove down to the end of the road. I think the old stalls are still there though.
ETA: if they are still there mine was the first one on the end and my dad had the second or third to last you can tell ours by the cement slabs if they are still there.

I was asking more with regards to keeping a boat in a slip while staying down there in a camp not on the water, not storing if there all year.

What Size slip? Does it need a lift? Just to use why you are staying somewhere or keep your boat there all summer?

Basically just a place to tie up a bay boat or flat boat over night/during the day when not fishing (while at a camp that's not on the water) instead of having to pick up and put in multiple times a day/weekend. Nothing huge, just out of the main boat traffic areas (if no lift).

There are a few slips at Boudreaux's...talk to Andre he may let you use one.
Coco Marina has a few slips on the canal to the east of the launch...that you could probably tie up to...Call the marina or stop by and talk to Mike. I think they use them for the condo guests but...there are a few spaces that never get used.

You could talk to Tommy at the Sandpiper Inn, he might work out a deal with you. His slips are on the bayou which gets traffic though.
He's up by 56/57 Jct.
