Anywhere to bank fish near hot springs arkansas

It has been over 15 years but from memory there was some decent shore access at Carpenter Dam Park. Just as a warning I only fished from a boat near the damn a few times and from what I can recall the water was running really good and there was a higher concentration of fish in the general area compared to bank fishing anywhere on the reservoir side with still water. Check it out on something like google maps.
