ATF has halted the import of Baretta’s 1301 over 922r compliance…

Apparently it’s due to the 7+1 configuration (tube extension). Too many features.

No talk of the A300 tactical though. I guess being made in Italy makes it being more dangerous than being made here in the USA. The Blink gas system is extra dangerous I guess.

10 US made parts makes the A300 less lethal, baw. Don't you know 100% Eye-talian guns are super deadly! They'll blow your lungs out!
Side note: 1301's (and I suspect A300's) make great turkey guns. You just need to screw in an Indian Creek and cut a dowel to size for the plug.

Dang I ben going back and forth between the a300 and 1301 and was thinking I wanted a 1301. I wasnt ready to buy but I would rather a 7 rounder vs a 5

This is just reason # 1,000,001 to ban fricking ATF. These have been imported for years with no compliance issue then some woke compliance officer all of a sudden decides no mas.
