I want to hear some recipes you guys have for baked redfish and black drum. Made a trip yesterday and want to bake some today.

is your fish on the skin or is it skinned?

Lookup Todd masons broiled fish with sweet tators recipe. It's really good, easy and quick.

I was kind of thinking that was going to end up being the way to guy. I already have one broiled recipe. Does anybody else have any?

If it's redfish on the half shell, I'd bake and finish with a broil. If you broil the whole way, you're gonna burn the top.
I'd season with salt and pepper and baste with butter. Bake on 375 for about 20 minutes. when flaky, turn on the broiler to brown and crisp the tops.
For your drum, I'd skin it, season with salt and pepper, place in parchment paper with lemon and whatever other veggies, olive oil. seal the parchment and bake on 375 for 15 minutes.
