Best Aluminum Bass Boat

I want to purchase a boat for fishing the river, which means something with a shallow draft. Something I can get into off channel lakes that have shallow/narrow openings.
I’d like one with a 115, nothing larger.
What are some best brands and models where I can start my search. Also, any personal history in regards to what I should look for.
Appreciate the help.

My next is probably going to be a Ranger RT188. For an Aluminum it has great storage. Plenty of dealers in the BR area to service if needed.

I have one and would buy one again. Trimmed up it rides good in rough water, plenty of room for the bride and I, Mercury 115 just sips fuel, and (like you indicated) it has plenty of storage.

I’ve owned a few Xpress boats, XP50, H56, & X19. All did well, but eventually moved to ‘glass boats…

I’ve got my Dads old Whiteline skiff that’s perfect for what you’re doing. Stick steer with 25 Merc. They’re now called Scandy - White.

Prodigy is nice, but for a bass boat, the gator trax strike series is absolutely the best aluminum bass boat in the world.
Probably not the money that the OP wants to spend, but it is the best.

In my personal experience, G3 and Express have been the best bang for buck in this market.
Neither one is a custom built aluminum boat but neither one claims to be. They're built to hit a price point and do as good a job as can be done IMO. They have good layouts, hold up well, etc.

Sea Ark makes great bass/crappie tin boats.

I've owned Tracker and G3. I currently have a Lowes 1860 Roughneck with a 90 Merc. 90% of my time is spent on the Missouri and Mississippi rivers. Its been a great boat. Tough as nails. its my favorite of the 3 types I have owned.

Go watch the videos on how Ranger builds their aluminums and you’ll see why they are one of if not the top boat on the water.
