I recently purchased a used truck that has nice, black Fuel wheels on it. Internet searches threw up topics about "ceramic coating" when searching for cleaning methods and maintenance. I know nothing about it. Experiences? Suggestions?

Ceramic coating on wheels mainly makes them easier to clean. It's not a magic elixer.

Possibly look into iron remover as a starter and then come back over the wheels with a polish of your choice using a buffing wheel/cloth.

I have satin black wheels on my truck. And yes, they're a pain in the arse to keep clean.

You can get a cheap wheel ceramic coating kit off of Amazon.

The important thing is to make sure the wheels are clean and polished before applying the ceramic.

Use a non acid wheel cleaner
Use a spray on iron remover
I'd also clay bar them to make sure they are decontaminated
Polish them if needed
Wipe them down with isopropyl alcohol
Apply ceramic coating
