Boat Storage in or near Baton Rouge ?

Good chance I'm going to lose my space where I currently store my boat, so looking around for a place.
Ideally, covered, with access to running water and electricity. T-top, so needs about 13' clearance if remember right.
I've even briefly considered building a facility and renting it out others also.
Know of any places that exist already like this?
Prairieville would be my preference.

There's a place off of Antioch road, covered but not enclosed.

Big Johns but not sure about water and elec. think it's just covered. There is a place off Summer Field rd past Fred's that has water and elec.

Thanks guys.
Where abouts off Antioch?
John's covered spots look full up, but I will check into it... as well as the other one, but that would be kinda far out...

They're booked up, long waiting list.
FYI, $75 for boat units, $100 for RV units.

Sucks man. I never ended up using them because I bought a house with a boat port in the back yard.
INot really sure if any other options

I found a few storage places online that I will look into.
Not 100% sure that I'm losing my current location yet, but it's not looking good.
I need to know someone with a bunch of land who would let me build a shelter on it.
Also will continue to pursue the idea of building a facility to rent out to others. Seems there's some demand.

Yea, I saw that Slinky. Looks nice and I'll check it out.
From what I saw on their site, I'm kinda guessing about $200/month for my boat but I hope I'm wrong.

I don't use it, my boat sits in a sling in Delacroix.
I just see it all the time and it looks pretty nice.
Good luck

That is a nice one. Right there by Acme Brick.

I'll be sure to check that out too.
That'd be very convenient.
I guess I never realized that these "little storage places" had boat/rv facilities.
