Covert Camera Push Notifications not working:update

I’ve had Covert for 4-5 years. Pretty well adept at T/S any issues now.
All this time I’ve had no issue with the camera sending the “pop up” that a picture came thru until now.
As of two weeks ago they worked fine. Two guys I know said theirs quit working as well.
I’ve already done all updates to Firmware, reinstalled the app, turned phone on and off etc.
I think they changed something myself.
I sent them an email. Just thought one of you might know for sure
Covert emailed me back. They goofed up the app.
Reinstall app. Done and now works

They updated the app and screwed it up. There is supposed to be a new update on the way

LOL yeah, about what I figured. Why mess with that which is not broken?
Looks like covert was sold, so I’m sure the company that bought them has no idea what hunters even want or need.

I will second the customer service. Just give them a call and I bet they can help.

Yup. I was given one as a gift for Christmas. Stopped working in May. Called, got a job # and mailed it to them. Got a brand new one back in 3 days. I thought the text I got that the camera was delivered meant they had received mine I sent back. Nope, new one was at the door. :thumbsup:

They did a firmware update. You have to update the firmware on the camera manually unless you have a 2020 or newer camera. 3 of ours are currently down due to this...
