Need a recipe, I've misplaced mine. I use soy, worcestershire, garlic powder, onion powder, honey, and red pepper flakes. What else am I missing? TIA

Do you have a dehydrator? If so, how long to you do your deer? I have screwed up a lot of jerky and am getting sick of it.

Allegro Teriyaki marinade and cracked black pepper.

I've tried all of the Allegro marinades and liked them a lot. The hot and spicy is my favorite.

IMO, this ruins any dish.

I usually lightly marinate in Moore's or similar (worchestershire works well too) marinade, then granulated garlic and red pepper before the dehydrator.
Been trying to get some 'fajita' flavored jerky lately but all attempts so far are missing the mark, anyone tried this and had success?

This guy has a couple of really good recipes (see third page). Though he uses beef, I've had great success with deer.
