Are all gun safes setup for left hand swing?

Try Sun Welding Safe Company. Fort Knox Vaults will build one for you, as well. You go through their sites custom build process and select the side you want the hinges on.

The safe should be in a corner with the hinges opposite of the adjacent wall. It makes prying the door open much more difficult.

This^^^^^^^
And if in an older home or any home with thin walls, you want it on an interior corner so that outside climate variations don't affect the safe's interior climate.
My safe that shall not be named is a right hand reverse.
