F-250 tailgate replacement

where is the best place to find a replacement tailgate? the one on my '99 is rusting around the bottom and i just want to find another complete one and swap them out. there are a few on ebay that will work, but i'm curious if any of you guys have better ideas

U auto pull it type place. Those were great for replacement parts when I had a jeep.
Another idea would be to contact flat bed dealers and ask what happens to the beds they remove. There is a guy on HWY 287 just north of Decatur, TX that has a ton of truck beds and truck bed parts for sale. I assume he custom builds flat beds for ranchers.
