So was out in Toledo bend this weekend. Tried the fisherman’s galley. I’ll just say it wasn’t my favorite. Any good places to eat out there ?

Except for the Hangover Burger at Toledo Town, it’s a frickin culinary dessert around there!! Can’t figure out why somebody can’t open a decent catfish and burger joint around that place?????

Have said the same and I have been fishing Toledo for 40+ years. Pendleton bridge marina had a good restaurant at one time as did San Megel but they never lasted. Even Ethel’s Driftwood has pretty good food but that was 40+ years ago. The Grayson boy went bust trying to gouge eye balls with low quality food.

If you are a little farther south, Pirates Cove has a new owner. Now called Hook ‘em’s. Haven’t been yet, but have heard good things. Maybe worth a try

2) Hemphill BBQ...good food
3) Lunches at Market Basket are really good

Fisherman’s Galley, was not impressed when we went there a couple weeks ago. Food was very greasy.

There’s a good Mexican place in Zwolle, can’t think of the name of it. There’s nothing that’s just great there.
