Jomax and bleach mix. I don't even have to brush it off or get out the pressure washer

I've painted dozens of houses and clean them prior to starting prep work to remove mold and mildew and this is my go-to method.

You can't go wrong.

I need to spray and clean my parents house, but they are on 12 ft stilts and I can’t reach the upper half.

If I spray Jomax to the top, will it clean it? I have a pressure washer but can’t reach the top.

I've had good results with the MoldArmor House wash. Nice to have the built in sprayer to the container and no need for additional sprayer.

I'd opt for a small extension ladder to make sure you get the product to thoroughly cover the exterior and then you can use one of those small straight stream nozzles on a hose to rinse it off.

Not sure most homeowner type sprayers will reach that high with enough volume to do the job properly.

If mixing bleach with the Jomax like most do, just be sure to wear something you don't want any more and use eye protection since it will mist on you as you spray, especially that high up.

I use Clorox Clean-up. Same thing no scrubbing. Works great to clean the boat after a trip.

If you had wax on your boat, you no longer do.

Rinse trailer well, the chlorine with eat the trailer.
