How long will boiled crawfish keep in fridge?

then you should peel them and I know for sure they will keep just as long as normal food does in the fridge. You can even freeze them if you'd like

I've boiled on a Saturday and eaten on the following Wednesday. That's about as long as I've gone though.

I have kept them up to 3-4 days with no problems.

If you have more than you can eat i would peel and freeze them to be safe.

They will last months in the freezer, peeled of course.

If you cook them (etoufee) THEN freeze 'em, then you gots sumpin.

Cooking them kills the bacteria.

Amazing how well they keep. I'll cook several pounds, freeze in "family size" servings and we pop them out on short notice for good quick meals and keep one in our hurricane preparations/pre cooked meals.
