Had mine in and locked for last 2 years, changed to a different drop for a specific trailer and used a standard pin when I put it back in instead of the locking pin. Stolen 2 days later.

He probably goes to salvage yards and takes them off of totaled trucks. It would be hard for me to believe that someone would be stupid enough to post them online if they obtained them illegally. But, I guess I've seen dumber shite.

had mine B&W multi ball hitch stolen last year. Usually kept it in truck under the back seats. Used it for 1 day to move my GF out of her sorority house. Went back without the trailer to get a few more things and it was stolen within the 15 minutes I was inside frickin figs I hate people who steal.

One of the few things I hate more than trespassers are thieves.

You can accidentally trespass. You can't accidentally steal something.

Fact. Stupid bitches on their phones have run into me twice from behind. Their vehicles paid for it, but my truck bumper was fine thanks to the hitch. Oh, it's good for hooking to trailers too

Never had this problem, even when I travel.

I'm sure it will get stolen within the week now I've said that

Of course it's not, you should know where you are at all times. But some idiot with good intentions can end up in the wrong place without knowing it never intending to trespass. It's kind of hard for someone to steal something without intending to steal it.
