I'm looking for a sack for tomorrow in Lafayette and all of the threads I've found using the search function have been for the Baton Rouge area. I don't need select, but don't want smalls.

Any suggestions for Acadiana appreciated.

If Krotz Springs counts as Acadiana, try Atchafalaya Basin seafood if no body else has good recs. On 190 just west of the bridge on the south side of the road. Blue warehouse building

Any place selling boiled sells live when they have em. If not, they can put you in touch with their co-op.

Or, seriously, pass by a farm where they are running traps and ask to speak to the owner.

I haven't called anyone yet. It's a last minute plan and I wanted to hear suggestions first since I haven't bought in years.

Appreciate the recs so far.

Just keep repeating "necesito hablar el jefe". Eventually they will point you in the right direction or have their "boss" come talk to you.

Grew up in the general area. Family farms, so I know a lot of the local crawfish people. Good People
