Anyone use both, or have used both models? Trying to see if the Ti2 is worth the cost upgrade. The Elite Ti 9" w/ total scan is on sale for $599, but it's an older model.

The only real difference I can see is active imaging, and probably would run faster.

Will be mostly using for map cards and some slight sonar. I generally fish for speckled trout and redfish.

I was just in the same position, went with the Ti 9” and with the money saved bought my LA East card.

I’ve yet to have a need for active imaging, but I’m not really into that style of fishing.

I just ordered the Elite 9 Ti with Total Scan for $599 at Cabela's. Couldn't pass up the deal although the Fish Imaging is cool.

I did the same today. Didn’t want to miss out on the sale.

Sounds like I’m to late, but just and FYI, I have the 9TI and the display is weak in the sun. The HDs has a brighter screen.

Thanks for the heads up. Bass Pro still hasn’t processed my order. I show a debit and a credit on my account. They may have ran out of units.

I had a Simrad before that I liked. My flats boat had an older elite before that came on it. But it was 7”. Processor kinda sucked.

Looks like they canceled my order. Now the item shows out of stock. I guess I'm SOL
