Anyone ever use this place in Bay St. Louis? Can’t find it, but a while back there was a discussion about pineapple deer sausage and some posters were recommending a processor on the Mississippi coast. Was looking to try something new and that sausage with the pineapple sounded tasty. Thanks

That’s the one! Now I need to find the closest place to Covington that makes a good one. Thanks

I might be mistaken but I believe I heard from someone that they make a blueberry maple syrup breakfast sausage. They said it was the best breakfast sausage they've ever had.

Not my thing but a friend of mine swears by Coon’s in Tylertown Ms.
He makes the pineapple and cheese among other things.

Malley’s makes decent sausage with their best being the one you speak of , sweet heat. But, they do batch their sausage so you don’t necessarily get your deer back. They are located in north Pass Christian.
