Lawyer out on the water watching a tournament. Gets in the middle of two anglers and lies about his identity while threatening to harass angler B the rest of the day.
Then wants to bring litigation.....

Lawyer baw seems to have the right mind set that its BS for the tournament baw to roll up on someone else

He's getting roasted about it. Will be interesting to see how long this trail survives moving forward. Hate it for Matt as he's a really good guy, but decisions result in consequences and I'm afraid he's going to lose a lot of business over this decision.

For real though. How in a 6 minute video do you go from, "The kid gave me a fake name and incorrect information about where he is from. We're going to litigate that and get some answers" to "Yes, I used a fake name, but it was more of a compliment to the guy whose name I used."

ETA: Hell, I was taking out at Lakepoint earlier this week and had a crappie fisherman come up and ask if I had seen the video. Needless to say conversation took off from there. He said he was from Ozark and rarely fishes up this far but has had run ins with him in Sandy Creek because he was drifting minnows and jigs over the top of a school over 200yds from him. Guy was livid and probably someone he should think twice about running across again. I'll leave it at that

Eufaula is new to the brush pile fight scene. Lanier has gone through this for 30 years. Hell, Ive seen baws check knuckles at weigh in over a pile

It’s definitely accelerated with all the technology, but Eufaula probably has more man made brush per square acre than just about any lake on the planet.
Half of the brush in Eufaula resides in the middle of the creeks or river thanks to assholes like lawyer boy with a grapple hook and rope “relocating” them
