Need Help With An RTIC Cooler

Need a replacement slide for my zipper. 
It's not a common reversible zipper. The rubber coating on the zipper makes it too thick for a normal reversible slider.
RTIC customer service is clueless.

Is it out of warranty? I had RTIC replace my soft cooler last week.

Call them back and escalate. Get a new one. You may have to speak with a manager
