Overseeding Bermuda Grass

So I just purchased a new construction house and I am trying to get a game-plan for getting my yard established. The builder seeded the yard with Bermuda grass and supplemented it with rye grass to grow in the winter.
Here is what my front yard currently looks like. Is it salvageable or am I going to have to start over on it? I have heard conflicting arguments on overseeding with Bermuda. Is that something to look at?
Any tips or ideas would be much appreciated.

I don’t see any Bermuda in that. Doesn’t mean it’s not there, I just can’t see it.

How much do you desire to have a nice smooth yard and can you afford to start over right now?
If yes to both of those I'd put down new sod personally. I went thru the same things a few years ago, sod was installed in Feb I think and when I bought the house a few months later it was overgrown with weeds, bare spots, uneven etc. I'm still fighting to get a thick healthy lawn and fill in the rough spots.

Do I have the desire? Yes. Do I have the funds at the moment? No. My initial thought was to bring in a load of river silt, level the front, then hydroseed it. I am already going to have to bring in dirt to level the back yard so.
The neighborhood used to be an old pasture, so there is some natural Bermuda in the area. Plus it gets lots of sunlight which is why I was deciding to use it.
BBvDD, I have seen some Bermuda sprouts in a few places. What other kind of grass is this? I can tell the rye because it is dying off.

i've tried to overseed and it really dont work. you need to control your weeds first. then you can buy some Bermuda sprigs and place them in the bear spots. if that doesn't work sod is your only answer.

If you take out the competition, bermuda will take over quickly. MSMA that to kill off competing grasses, and fertilize a week or so later to boost the bermuda. Do that a few times and you'll have your bermuda.

I have read not to spray MSMA at temps higher than 80 degrees. Will that be a problem? Do you have any thoughts on putting out more seed?

I won’t spray it until night time temps are above 70.
I spray my front yard with it last weekend. The grass turned yellow but it’s coming back but all the weeds are dead.
In that 2nd pic, it looks like it’s mostly fescue or something. Think I see son dalis grass or goose grass shoots in there as well.
