Is this place in Central still open? I have heard numerous good things about these folks but am having problems figuring out which of their locations actually processes deer. Can anyone provide some insight? TIA

Yeah it’s on joor road. Dropped some meat last week to get sausage made. Their pineapple pepper jack and Cajun honey is jam up. Call them cus they get slammed and won’t take meat at certain times cash only on pick up.
3-4 years now and no complaints from me and several buddies.

Been using them for past 3 years. I get mainly pineapple/pepper jack smoked because that's what my kids like but I've tried most of their stuff and it's all good. Good people too. Cash only. Call them first.

That steen syrup and cheese is legit too. I like their burritos too

They do good work but the owner is an arse
Plus you gotta go to Central which I would rather take a punch in the gut.

Good stuff. Anyone know what they’re charging this year for smoked sausage? Anyone have a picture of they’re product options sheet?

When I took one in last year, it had to be fully boned out. And they keep your ice chest. The tamales they made were terrific, many compliments on them.

Yea still needs to be fully deboned which is a negative but not a deal breaker.
