Tire size for 2010 f150 4x4 with leveling kit

Currently have 33's on my pickup with no lift. I'm installing a 2.5" leveling kit on and trying to decide tire size to put on my stock wheels. Down to 35/12.50x20 or 295/60x20 (34's). When I called a local shop, they mentioned needing wheel spacers to fit the 35/12.50's.
With a 2.5" leveling kit:
Can I fit 35's with no rubbing with no rubbing? If rubbing, will spacers prvent this (and what size)?
Should I have any issues with the 34's with no spacers?

With stock wheels, 35s will be close on a 2010 with 6 years of gravity pulling on it. Should fit though.
My roommate has an 09 with aftermarket wheels with more offset than stock and 34s. He rubs because of the wheels

Go with the 295/60 and thank me later. Depending on the tire, the 12.5 wides are probably 15lbs heavier per tire which is pretty substantial and you'll have some rub on the control arms at full lock with the 12.5"s. I have a 295/65 which is a 35x11.5 and they're the perfect fit. I did a ton of research and no you don't need spacers, so ignore that guy and go with the 295/60.

35's should fit fine. I have the 34's on mine and I like the look better than some of my friends 35's. 35's is a little too much for me. I spend a lot of time on the road.
Post pics of the final product whatever you do.

I'm having some 305/66/20r put on my 2014 FX4 this Friday. What type of leveling kit did you go with?

I have the 2" spacers. You might could squeeze them in with 2.5" spacers and some trimming.
I hate to mention this but if you're dead set on that tire size, they make a 1" body lift kit that would give you the clearance it needs. I'll never frick with a lift (much less a body lift) again

Do what pogey said and thank him later for the gas mileage you will save. I have 305/55r20's trail grappler's on mine and lost almost 4mpg

I put 35/12.50 on mine 2014 last week, there is some rubbing at full turn backing up. I don't notice any rubbing at full turn going forward. I have 2 1/2 blocks on front and 2" blocks in back

I have a 2015 FX4 with a 2" leveling kit, what size can I fit with no rubbing?

How do you like the 2" level? What brand? Anything else done other than just the level?

I had a 2010 F150 w a 2.5 kit on it w 305/55/20 Nittos. (33x12.50) No rub.
I currently have a 2016 F150 w 2" kit and 35x12.50 with a tiny rub when turned all the way.
To answer your question, you should not need spacers.

Good deal. Any recomendations or all the levels about the same

In all honesty it just depends on if you have factory 20' or 18's, and what tires you pick.
Some people can't fit 35's on the oem 20's. Most with oem 18's can.
Also depends on how aggressive the sidewall of tire is. A mud grappler will rub the UCA without a wheel spacer because the lugs are so damn wide.
But at the same time, I ran 35x13r18 (with no lugs on the sidewall) on my 2011 f150. I DO NOT recommend doing that though
Here is why:
Now I have 305/70r18 ATs and no rub. Way better ride too.

What kinda lift are you running? Is that just 2.5" spacers in the front?
Posted on 8/30/16 at 9:41 am to CajunCommander
Does it look like there is any thing besides that?

Wow ok, no need to be a douche.
I was just asking a simple question. I liked the way your truck looked and I was just trying to get some advice
