Good one yesterday south end. Had our 16 keepers pretty dang quick(prob boated 35 bass by 10:30) on outside grass lines 12/15ft heavy stained water, milky at times. Water is higher than giraffe nuts . Biggest maybe 4.5-5lb. Most were 3lbers. KVD square bill sexy shad and senko/tricks green pumpkin shades. Headed to the brush piles and bounced around and caught 37 keeper WP (2" shad sparkle jigs 1/16 lead head tipped with a pink crappie bite) by 5pm we was loaded up headed home.

Anyone know if and/or to what extent grass has made a comeback around the Solan's/Sepulvado's/San Patricio/Wright's Landing areas?

Thanks for any info?

Any recent fishing reports for sac-a-lait? Headed up Thursday and will be fishing Friday and Saturday. Hopefully the weather pushes through Thursday and we can get a full day Friday. Saturday looks good as of now.

I did this for many years until the grass left down south. Absolutely crushed them on grass edges around La. Islands and the Tx. bank by the dam.
