What are your opinions about KUIU and Sitka waders?

Looking for advice about the KUIU Waders, and how they compare to Sitka. Interested in these two companies because they may actually have a size that might fit me.
Also, any thoughts on their warranties?

Kuiu makes waders?
Didn’t know that.
ETA: throw Chene in there as well. Memphis based company. Good stuff and lifetime warranty.
I don’t have experience with any of them in regards to waders though.

I’ve had a pair of Sitka waders for 4 years. Best wader purchase I’ve ever made. Comfortable, breathable, and easy to get on and off. I’ve sent them in 2 times because I poked a stick through them. I was sent a new pair of waders both times.

neoprene waders are going to get punctured, and the seams are going leak…eventually. That is a certainty
so I balance cost, comfort and quality and I always wind up in the same place…the 100 dollar a pair waders at academy. 3-4 seasons max more than likely with the knowledge that that last season will feature a tube of silicone and some cussing.
I have pants and shirts/jackets that are decades old, but they are not made of neoprene

I love my Sitka waders…….most comfortable waders I’ve ever worn and it’s not close.

Chene is the way to go. Their customer service and warranty turn around is second to none.

Sitka waders are the most comfortable waders I’ve owned.
ETA: the wader bag is convenient too

Thanks for responses. Chene sizes won’t work for me. Also, neoprene is definitely out.

Don’t forget to check out Simms waders. A bunch of us in our group wear them. The Freestone Z Bootfoot is what I have and they are fantastic.

I just bit the bullet this year and bought a pair of Chene waders. I was between them and Sitka, but I just read too much about Sitka's customer service going downhill recently. I've made about 15 hunts with them over first split and I've been happy with them. They're comfortable and I like the boots.

Too expensive for me but everyone I know who has Sitka waders loves them and says they are worth every penny. If I were hunting 60 days a year and doing so in cold weather I might buy them but 20 or so days a year in mostly 40 - 50 degree weather I can get by with my Cabalas....

I bought some $80 Magellan waders from Academy in 2018.
