As funny as this is my friend owns a pawnshop and he said the last two weeks have been his best ever. Every piece of jewelry is sold. I am not kidding. What poor people do with their money, keeps them poor.

They should give reparation but dedicate to college funds and other essentials like housing, etc. much better than giving straight cash

Twigs 329 that’s actually an excellent idea and one I’ve never heard discussed. Give that reparation money directly to college bursars for tuition etc
