The Guardian
A new class-action lawsuit in the US alleges Coca-Cola and Simply Orange Juice deceived customers with claims of an all-natural, healthy product when the juice has been found to be contaminated with toxic PFAS at levels “hundreds of times” above federal advisory limits for drinking water.
PFAS are a class of about 12,000 chemicals typically used to make thousands of consumer products resist water, stains and heat. They are called “forever chemicals” because they do not naturally break down, and they are linked to cancer, fetal complications, liver disease, kidney disease, autoimmune disorders and other serious health issues.

Saw this when I googled:
The Simply Orange Juice Company is being sued for chemicals in its juice, but not the orange juice as has been reported by another news outlet. The Guardian reported that the lawsuit alleges Simply Orange contains unnatural ingredients. However, the lawsuit filed against The Coca-Cola Company and its brand The Simply Orange Juice Company actually alleges that the Simply Tropical juice is the one containing chemicals.
Simply Tropical is a tropical fruit juice containing pineapple juice, lemon juice, and mango puree. While Simply produces multiple juices, including orange, fruit punch, apple, and cranberry, this lawsuit alleges that only Simply Tropical contains PFAS.

Weird how often we see stories pop up about toxins in food products and the government agencies we pay for to monitor that kind of thing don't do a damn thing about it and nobody is ever punished.
But if you say that your government doesn't give a shite about you and your food is being poisoned.. well that's just crazy talk.

The government has allowed and even participated in the false advertisement that fruit juice is healthy my entire life, and we know for a fact it isn’t, and no one cares. I guess coca-cola figured what does it matter if we lie some more about our fruit juice.

I suppose the environmental defense fund plaintiffs have picked a few oranges in the orchard and analyzed for detection level concentration PFAS for a base line.

My entire Sunday tennis team is screwed. We drink this every Sunday in mimosas after our match.

The EPA gave out new, incredibly low levels in their guidance recently. So low that many labs aren't able to detect it at that level. I assume they got the risk assessment right so it is a threat at that level, but this is still very new stuff.
