Murder suspect arrested after man stabbed, left lying in field, police say
If he gets life in Angola, he will wish he got sent to CECOT

A man is facing a murder charge in connection with a deadly stabbing in Lake Charles Tuesday evening.
Police found a man lying in a field with stab wounds around 5:40 while responding to a welfare complaint near Gerstner Memorial Drive and Power Center Parkway, LCPD Deputy Chief Kevin Kirkum said. The victim was brought to the hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
Officers learned the person responsible for the stabbing may have still been in the area, and they detained Cesar Odulio Chavez-Perez, 38, in the nearby trailer park, Kirkum said. After further investigation, he was arrested on a count of second-degree murder.

“We were constantly calling the police on this man, and he had a bunch of people who were afraid for them. They like, they kind of behind this freaking dude.”
According to jail records, Chavez-Perez was also booked on an immigration detainer. KPLC has reached out to U.S. Customs and Border Protection for more information about this charge.

So they were constantly calling the police on this guy?
The police had to of known he was an illegal. If a judge knew this and failed to detain him for ICE then the judge should be pulled into the street and executed.
